About Nina

Namasaté is the result of a decade-long journey blending my background in anthropology, social projects, and movement practices. Dance has always been a passion, and during my years in Southeast Asia, Yoga became a natural extension of my journey. What started in 2016 as a personal practice evolved into completing a 500h Yoga Teacher Training.

With over 18 years of teaching experience, I’ve led dance, barre, and yoga classes in wellness resorts, gyms and studios while volunteering in refugee projects, shelters and women’s empowerment centers. These experiences have deepened my belief in the transformative power of movement and the importance of accessible wellness.

Anthropology and fieldwork provided invaluable lessons in adapting my teaching approach to diverse cultural settings and communities.

Food is another cornerstone of Namasate. Southeast Asia’s vibrant street food culture inspired my love for nourishing both body and soul with fresh, local produce, offered by vendors whose smiles bring a personal touch to every ingredient.

Living and working with community projects across Europe, Africa, and Asia has been as humbling as it has been inspiring. I’ve learned resilience and gratitude from those who, despite immense challenges, radiate strength and generosity. These experiences are a constant reminder of the value of connection and the joy of giving back, which remain at the heart of Namasate
