Welcome! I'm Nina
My practice merges mindful movement disciplines with yoga, bodywork and anthropology, forming a cohesive approach that supports both physical and mental wellness.
With 18 years of experience teaching and especially learning across diverse communities and settings from refugee centers to wellness studios, I blend embodied practice, cultural exchange, and a deep commitment to social impact.
Namasaté Wellness emerged as a space for inclusive practices and meaningful giving. Whether you're here to move, reconnect, or explore, feel welcome just as you are.
