At Namasate, I believe yoga is for everyone. A practice that nurtures the body, mind and spirit. My goal is to create a space where being on a mat feels accessible and welcoming. Something you can truly enjoy and benefit from, no matter your background or abilities

My movement and yoga journey has taken me across Southeast Asia, where I have had the privilege of teaching in Myanmar, Thailand, and Cambodia. I have worked with people of all ages and in a variety of settings. From gyms and corporate yoga for stress relief to mental health wellness for refugee centers, shelters, and wellness retreats. These experiences have enriched my practice, deepened my understanding of diverse cultures, and shaped my inclusive approach: movement for every body.
Body | Mind
With over 600 hours of multi-style yoga teacher training, dance and barre fitness training and 15+ years of experience teaching movement, I incorporate a diverse range of techniques into my teaching. In my classes I encourage you to listen to your body. Practice kindness and compassion both on and off the mat.
